Payment of the Interim Dividend 2010

On 27 July 2010, the Board of Directors of Snam Rete Gas S.p.A. resolved to pay an interim dividend for fiscal year 2010, amounting to € 0.09 per share, gross of any tax charges, on the shares outstanding as at the coupon detachment date. Thus, treasury shares in portfolio at that date are excluded.
The interim dividend 2010 will be paid starting from 21 October 2010, with the detachment of coupon no. 15. The detachment date will be 18 October 2010.
The accounting schedules of Snam Rete Gas S.p.A. as at 30 June 2010, the Directors’ Report and the Independent Auditor’s opinion on the payment of the interim dividend, as per article 2433-bis of the Italian Civil Code, are filed at Company headquarters in San Donato Milanese (MI), in Piazza Santa Barbara, 7.
