Snam Rete Gas currently raises funds solely through its parent company, Eni SpA.
Under the existing agreements, Eni S.p.A. can request the early repayment of loans should it lose control over Snam Rete Gas.
To date, the company believes that cash flows from operations and its current financial and capital structure can reasonably allow access to a wide range of financing from the capital market and banks at normal market conditions.
