Termination of existing Redelivery Points (“discatura”) and Activation/Riactivation of Redelivery Points

This is the form useful to request a closure of  Redelivery Points, according to the types provided by the Network Code. This form, duly signed, must to be sent to Snam Rete Gas.

Annex 1a - Form for the Termination request in case of agreement

This is the form useful to request the closure of a Redelivery Point in case of agreement between the Final Customer and the requesting Shipper on the necessity to terminate the supply.

Annex 1b - Self-certification in case of agreement

It's the statement in lieu by which the requesting Shipper warrants to Snam Rete Gas that it communicates to the Final Customer, according with terms and with the advance provided by the Network Code, the date of the termination as programmed with Snam Rete Gas.

Annex 2a - Form for the termination request if the Final Customer ceases its activities

It is the form useful to require the closure of the Redelivery Point if the Final Customer ceases its activities.

Annex 2b - Declaration for the termination of the Redelivery Point if the Final Customer ceases its activities

It's the statement in lieu by which the requesting Shipper adfirms that the Final Customer will cease its activities and for this reason it request the termination of the relative Redelivery Point

Annex 2c - Self-certification if the Final Customer ceases its activities

It's the statement in lieu by which the requesting Shipper warrants to Snam Rete Gas that it communicates to the Final Customer, according with terms and with the advance provided by the Network Code, the date of the termination as programmed with Snam Rete Gas.

Annex 3a - Form for the termination request for Oher Cases

It's the form useful to require the closure of the Redelivery Point for all the other cases different from those described  in the form 1 and 2 (for example, non renewal of the supply contract or delinquency between Shipper and the Final Customer.

Annex 3b - Declaration for the termination of the Redelivery Point for Other Cases

It's the statement in lieu by which the requesting Shipper declares to be entitled to the provision in the supply contract signed by the Final Customern to request to Snam Rete Gas the closure of the Redelivery Point.

Annex 3c - Self-certification for Other Cases

It's the statement in lieu by which the requesting Shipper warrants to Snam Rete Gas that it communicates to the Final Customer, according with terms and with the advance provided by the Network Code, the date of the termination as programmed with Snam Rete Gas.

Annex 4 - Form for the Termination request, in case of agreement, of Redelivery Points interconnected to Distribution Companies

This is the form useful to request the closure of a Redelivery Point in case of agreement between the Distribution Company interconnected to the Snam Rete Gas pipeline system and the Shipper.

Information on the processing personal data pursuant to art. 13 of d.Lgs. 196/2003 (privacy)

It is the information on the processing of personal data that the requesting Shipper acknowledge to read signing of Annexe 2a or 3b or 3c.
