The Management Model,starting from the Sustainability Policy, the company’s Strategic Plan and the Stakeholders’ needs, defines the improvement targets, identifies the activities and projects to be implemented, monitors the results and elaborates clear and effective reports through the relevant company functions.

With a view to providing communication that meets the expectations of the various internal and external Stakeholders, the model is represented in the publication of the Sustainability Improvement Areas, and in the publication of the key indicators and the Sustainability Report.
